District Sales Executive



Position Description
As a District Sales Executive, you will conduct all sales activity in your assigned territory. Regardless of experience, you will be required to complete EAI training and so be able to sell all of our services. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling and qualifying potential clients. In conjunction with local management, you will be responsible for proposing customized logistics solutions to the customer, closing new business and the implementation of that business. You will be expected to meet specific net revenue and sales call goals and will get support from the network.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has a recognised sales experience and is familiar with international trade environment. demonstrated ability to self-manage/motivate is critical. In order to be considered, you must possess excellentcom munication skills, a professional attitude and strong presentation abilities. You must be fluent in Mandarine & English.

Compensation
Compensation is based on experience. It will consist of a base salary plus commission. The commission has no ceiling or restrictions, and is paid every month on net revenue.

Local Account Manager



Position Description
Help us develop relationships with our existing customers. This is a rewarding opportunity for creative individuals with extensive logistics, operations, and sales experience.
This job will develop, maintain and measure service level with our customer. In addition, you will be required to manage all aspects of Eagle Alliance International relationship with the account to provide value added customer service.

Candidate Profile
A minimum of 3 years experience in international logistics is required, as well as strong PC skills, including word processing, presentation skills and spreadsheet programs. You must have a college degree, or equivalent work experience, plus operational experience that matches the service requirements osf the account. In addition, you must have the ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures, plus direct sales experience and/or proven interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to customers and internal employees at all levels.

Cutomer Service



Position Description
Prepare various documents for international transportation
Data entry into our proprietary operating system
Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments
Coordinate with our contracted vendors
Communicate with our international office via email and phone
Accounting duties 
Accurate and timely billing of customers and vendors
Adherence to procedures and productivity standards
Continuous self-development
 

Candidate Profile
A minimum of 2 years of related experience in logistics industry, You must possess effective interpersonal, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to relate to customers and internal employees at all levels. You will be working in a fast paced environment that requires you to have the ability to multi task with ease while providing excellent customer service.

District Sales Manager



Position Description
A highly motivated Sales Executive and you also need approach customer and close the business.

Responsibilities will include all sales related activities, manage sales team, market data analysis and the development of business relationships in order to promote the company's services level.

Your main responsibilities include control, development and management of the sales team, direct selling in local (& overseas) markets, implementation and execution of sales campaigns.

Candidate Profile
Candidates should have minimum 3-5 years experience in the forwarding industry, 2 years at management level and proven sales experience in the forwarding industry .

Excellent communication and presentation skills; computer skills necessary.
Fluency in oral & written English and Mandarine and willing to travel overseas.
